Honda India Foundation in association with KEDMAN SkillEd India Foundation as the Implementing Partner set up Honda Skill Centres at 20 prominent sales locations of Honda 2-Wheelers showrooms in the first phase and expanded to 40 more prominent sales locations in its second phase. The program aimed at uplifting the unemployed youth in society.

Under this program, unemployed individuals receive invaluable support from Honda 2 Wheelers showrooms to seek admission in nearby mapped hospitals for General Duty Assistant (GDA) training. Upon completion of the training, candidates undergoes assessment and certification jointly conducted by the Association of Healthcare Providers India (AHPI) and the Global Health Care College (GHCC) in Sweden. Those who successfully complete the certification are offered placements in hospitals as GDAs, fostering employment opportunities and the betterment of the community.
Honda Care For Community
KEDMAN SkillEd India Foundation (KSIF) partnered with Honda India Foundation (HIF) to contribute towards the Project as part of the corporate social responsibility (“CSR”) initiatives undertaken by HIF in furtherance of its CSR obligations. KSIF will act as the Implementing Partner to set up Honda Skill Centres for creating livelihood in the Healthcare for the underprivileged youth by training them for General Duty Assistant (GDA) at 60 sales locations of Honda 2-Wheelers showrooms. The program aimed at uplifting the unemployed youth in society.
Honda Naurangpur
KEDMAN SkillEd India Foundation (KSIF) partnered with Honda India Foundation (HIF) to establish a Vocational Skill Centre and enable skill training in six sectors: Allied Healthcare (General Duty Assistant), Apparel (Self Employed Tailor), Beauty & Wellness (Assistant Beauty Therapist), Retail (Retail Associate), Logistics (Logistics Associate), and Automotive (Showroom Hostess) at the Honda facility in Naurangpur, Manesar, Haryana. The Project shall facilitate respectable livelihood or entrepreneurship opportunities for the underprivileged youth.
