SAE Northern India Section is one of the sections of Society of Automotive Engineers in India for promoting activities related to development of mobility engineers among Automotive industry, Automotive suppliers, Allied organizations, Engineering colleges and Schools (for generating interest among young school children in mobile technologies) in the northern India region.
- To organise Conferences & seminars, lectures and training programs on latest technology developments in the mobility field.
- Conduct student activities e.g. Student conventions, industrial visits, holding mobility competitions like Efficycle, AWIM, Autonomous Vehicle Challenge, Thermal Case Study etc. benefitting Engineering students, School children and their faculty
- Deputizing people for presenting research papers and participation in related conferences. To do other things /acts/activities which are necessary and which may be incidental or conducive to the attainment of the any of the object of the society.
- To Serve as a Forum where Innovators in mobility fields can Exchange Ideas and Learn from each other’s Experience
- To create a Platform for Students to Become Employable thru Holistic Self development through Industry Certified Training Programs

- Partnership with renowned and creditable resources to deliver trainings
- Training material / content preauthorised by SAENIS
- Co-Certification with SAENIS and Training partners
- SAENIS Portal - gateway to online training modules
- Pilot Project with 3 Partners - Focusing on EV domain, Cyber security, Cloud data security and Leadership skills.
- Each training module to be equally spaced in 4 weeks clubbed with online quizzes. Credit points accumulation
- Weekend physical interaction with training partners (TBD)
