KEDMAN’s  core foundation rests on a partnership between two esteemed entities, Kunskapsskolan Education Sweden AB and Manav Rachna Educational Institutions. This partnership combines the best of Swedish educational expertise with the rich legacy of Indian educational institutions.

Our operations are structured into six major verticals, each with a unique focus and a shared commitment to skill development:

  1. Ed-Tech Company: At the heart of our endeavour is Ed-Tech excellence. We specialize in designing, developing, and delivering digital vocational content through our state-of-the-art Learning Management System (LMS). By applying the renowned KED Learning Methodology from Sweden and aligning it with Government-mandated National Standards, we are contributing to a brighter future for Indian learners.
  2. Employment-Led Skill Development: Our commitment to the Indian youth is unwavering. We establish Multi-Skill Development Centres across the nation, both in permanent setups and makeshift arrangements, through corporate CSR initiatives. These centres serve as beacons of hope for young individuals seeking to enhance their employability.
  3. Program Management: KEDMAN takes pride in its ability to manage and execute Government skill development schemes efficiently. We ensure that these initiatives are executed seamlessly, delivering the desired outcomes while adhering to the highest standards of governance.
  4. Skill Consultancy: We work hand in hand with corporate entities and skill universities to provide expert skill consultancy. Our emphasis on a collaborative approach enables us to implement comprehensive support systems for skilling, fostering a symbiotic relationship that benefits all stakeholders.
  5. Vocationalization of Education in schools: In collaboration with State Governments and NSDC, we are dedicated to bringing vocational education into schools. By deploying the KED learning methodology of Kunskapsskolan, Sweden, we are reshaping the way young minds perceive education, making it more relevant and career-oriented.
  6. International Mobility under Education and Healthcare
  • Under MOU with NSDC, supporting on facilitating International mobility of professionals from Education and Healthcare sector to countries like UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK etc.
  • Integrating Higher Education Institutions with Future Skills so as to facilitate International Certifications and mobility of the interested students
