A Training and Project Manager with over 17 years of experience in spearheading various aspects of Training and Project Management. Stuti started her career as an English subject matter expert at a CBSE school and has been associated with diverse professional platforms like EXL Service, WLC College, Makeover Finishing Labs, Aviation industry and Manav Rachna Educational Institutions for learning & development, training & mentoring, implementation, evaluation & monitoring of training needs. She has designed and delivered customized training solutions for heterogeneous audiences.

Stuti is working as a Training and Field Operations Manager that involves training-need analysis, customised solutions & implementation, facilitation, execution of deliverables, performance management for enhanced productivity and quality. She is a Postgraduate in Commerce from RML University, Lucknow.
